Our schedule was completely out of whack this week. Daddies hours were changed 11-7, we got MORE snow, and mommy was just not motivated for some reason this week.
Math – Once again all we did this week was review addition facts. The plan was to start on subtraction. After watching the Math-u-see video and him saying how important it is for the kids to know there addition facts before moving on I removed the tape and kept on reviewing the rest of the week.
Reading, Writing and Spelling – Emily is still doing a good job with her reading. Not much else to report. Did I say that mommy wasn’t motivated this week?
Other subjects – We did some fun science experiments about germs.
I let Emily decided what we were going to do in art this week and she chose painting.
We made cookies, which we left to cool on the counter and the dog ate.
Emily played in the snow with some friends.
